Sorry for not getting in touch with you after a long while, I wish to inform you that I received a message this afternoon from the bank regarding your fund which has been on hold for years . Please note that the bank MANAGER notified me that based on the government policy on Covid, all beneficiaries whose funds are being on hold will be automatically released to them but the beneficiary has to donate 2% of their total amount to the government for the fight against Covid through the world bank.
